Thank you for shopping at Vare. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and replacements.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


3. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


4. Damaged Products / Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vare.store with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/videos showing the damage

  • Upon review, we will issue a free replacement for the damaged item. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • No refunds will be issued for damaged items—only replacements are provided.


5. Returns

  • We do not accept returns for any reason other than product damage or defect.

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned or replaced.
